What we do:

• Monthly or quarterly after-the-fact bookkeeping, all done remotely 
• Posting of all bank and credit card activity into accounting software
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Prepare adjusting journal entries
• Prepare financial statements
• Keep books ready for a seamless tax preparation, come tax time
• Other: QuickBooks setup, catch-up bookkeeping, account cleanup, sales tax filing, nonprofit bookkeeping, personal bookkeeping & other miscellaneous tasks - just ask!

What we usually don't do (these tasks are generally handled better by someone involved in the day to day business, onsite): 

• Bill payments
• Invoicing
• Accounts receivable or accounts payable tracking
