Some business owners take care of the business and the bookkeeping. Many would rather hand off the bookkeeping so they can focus more on the day to day business.  For these folks, we may be able to help.

What we do:

• Monthly or quarterly after-the-fact bookkeeping, all done remotely 
• Posting of all bank and credit card activity into accounting software
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Prepare adjusting journal entries
• Email the results (financial statements)
• Other: QuickBooks setup, account cleanup, sales tax filing, personal bookkeeping & other miscellaneous tasks - just ask!

What we don't do (these tasks are generally handled better by someone involved in the day to day business, onsite): 

• Bill payments
• Invoicing
• Accounts receivable or accounts payable tracking
